Valletta (St Augustine)

The church was first built in 1571 by Girolamo Cassar, but was rebuilt by Giuseppe Bonnici in 1765. Bishop Mgr G.M. Camilleri dedicated it in 1906 and Mgr Archbishop Michael Gonzi in 1968 made it a parish church.
