Speak to the Archbishop

Please allow me to give my views on Fr Ray who is doing a fantastic job at Sghajtar Naxxar.
I have just returned from mass and everyone is entitled to his opinion after hearing Fr Ray's sermon week after week.
I sometimes agree, disagree, discuss certain controversies with my wife etc but this is what it should be about.
All I can say is that the Church needs more people like Fr Ray who really touches the hearts and souls of all and is never afraid from giving his views without ever insulting anyone.

Fr Ray carry on doing your job with all members of your community as you have managed to win a lot of people not only from the Sghajtar Area but from all over Malta.

The church is packed with people week after week and take it on your chin if somebody disagrees or feels hurt, this means that you are making a huge positive impact on the community.

I am a lost sheep who returned to the Catholic Church thanks to you.

Well done and keep up your good work.

Recognising that the love of Christ is the best Romance ever; that seeking Christ is the best adventure ever; and that finding Christ in our lives is the greatest treasure ever!

Father philip was simply an amazing priest. His 12.15 mass at st julians was always packed for as long as I can remember. It comes as a HUGE shock and with immense grief that today i have learnt of his passing away. Unfortunately such a charismatic person will no longer be able to give mass. He always gave the most interesting ceremonies and always managed to put a smile on ALL of our faces. I will surely miss him, his ceremonies, his jokes and the ever ending hope he gave to each and every one of us.

May he rest in peace.

Dear Mgr Cremona,
Do you consider introducing the receiving of the body and blood of the Lord under both kinds at Mass? I feel that this would fit in with Vatican II reforms where it is recognized that this is how Jesus celebrated the Eucharist. The wine is a symbol of joy, and of the forgiveness of our sins by His blood, and allowing the people to receive these would surely bring out a fuller understanding of the Eucharistic celebration.

Kif taf int, mill-qari tal-Vangelu naraw li Gesu' kien il-hin kollu jghallem. Dik kienet parti kbira mill-missjoni tieghu. L-istess, is-sacerdot ghandu jaghti hinu ghat-taghlim. Biex ikollu iktar hin biex jaghmel hekk, tkun haga tajba li l-ministeru tad-Djakonat permanenti jigi stabilit f'Malta wkoll. Hemm xi cans li dan isehh fil-futur qarib?
